The days of Crafts: exhibitions, know-how

Arts and crafts Creuse is renowned for its quality and expertise. It will showcase a promotional offer attractive weekend Gueret and Aubusson.
As throughout France, the Creuse will highlight, on 1, 2 and 3 April, its craftsmen. In the department’s “Days of Crafts are especially important because of the strong presence of professionals in the department.
“The goal is to discover the excellence and know-how of our craftsmen. Alain is Grandjette cutler Art Azat-Châtenet and Didier Bourdeau is master glassmaker at Cressat.
Other craftsmen will also attend the London street where Marc Pignot glassblower at Genouillac Kevin Chapuzet, stonecutter to Chénérailles, Celine Durieux, designer Fashion Jewellery and decorative items at The Underground. Jidon Zadoks (Saint-Georges-la-Pouge), Jean-Michel Jouannet (Dun-le-Palestel), Eugene Chabaud (SEMA Award winner, based in Saint Croix Toulx), Yann Marot (Azeris) are all working wood.
Patrick Guillot exhibit a tapestry and Chantal Chirac a tapestry cartoon being restored. Other artisans, like Lou Fagotin De Decker and the workshop are expected.
2. Craftsmen installed at the site of the old school John Mace will take part in these events.
At ENSA, the Aubusson tapestry will be honored. Patrick and Françoise Guillot Vernaudon weave, as part of a public commission, a tapestry of Menboconi.
They will also discuss their craft and its know-how. ENSA will also exhibit some tapestries.
